I am very very pleased with my new blinds. Kyle promptly responded to my message, came out within a few days to offer a free estimate and offered excellent recommendations. He installed the new blinds today and they really are perfect. The price was reasonable and Kyle was personable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business!

These people are SUPERIOR! From beginning to end, I have nothing but warm and fuzzies about this company. I'm not done yet, but I had them install three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, eating area, and kitchen shutters at two different times. These shutters make my home look AMAZING! I wish I had done this many years ago, but I couldn't afford it. Not only does it look amazing but they are also great insulators. I had vertical blinds and a couple different kind of blinds previously and although they look great from outside, I don't live outside. From the inside they are not attractive and they do not provide any insulation for old casement windows.i have windows that start on one wall and they connect to the other wall and now I have complete privacy and insulation. I don't want new windows so this was the best solution for my concerns. Superior has great customer service and guys, get ready... I'm going to call you for those huge living room windows and slider in the near future so my living room looks like a million too.

Review update! So we noticed one of our motorized shades not doing what it was supposed to, bummer. We messaged Kyle, and like always, Kyle got back to me quickly, scheduled a visit, came over on time and had the shade fixed for us. Kyle has impressed with his service-after-the-sale, has always been kind, responsive, on time, and I continue to recommend Kyle for his excellent service and work. Recently we wanted to update the window coverings in our home. I went on line to help us find what we wanted. We decided to look at getting wide wood slats in shutters. I inquired with Superior View Window Fashions.

Soon after, the representative, Brett Kalcevich, contacted us and set up an appointment at our home. That day he came prepared to show us samples and measured out our windows for Shutters.

At first, we ordered three sets of blinds...had them installed, and we fell in love with the quality and beauty of the shutters.

After a couple of weeks we asked Brett to come out and measure the REST OF OUR WINDOWS. He measured and ordered our Shutters.

Now our outdated window coverings have been replaced with awesome up-to-date shutters and we LOVE the LOOK of our home.

I chose Superior View because I am anal about GREAT customer service. I never miss a beat in life, so I EXPECT the same when I am investing my time and money into another company. Kyle demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service at ALL times. He ALWAYS got back to me, even when my shutters were taking a little longer than expected. Very happy with the product and service of Superior View Window! I requested a quote, Kyle responded in a timely manner with the quote and answered my questions. He set up an appointment for Brett to come meet with us to go over the design. Brett was very nice, also answered all our questions and showed us different styles and options. He said it would take approx 6 weeks for the production of our shutters and exactly at 6 weeks, we received a call to schedule an appointment for the installation. The installation was super quick and we are very happy with our shutters! Brett said that the shutters would give a totally different look and light to our window and that is exactly what happened! I love the way it looks now. I had a question after the installation so I emailed Kyle and he responded right away with the answer. I appreciate their timely replies

Reasonable prices, good customer service, professional installation, and good quality products. They offer materials and levels of quality within each style so you can choose a product that helps you stay on budget. We just bought a house and ordered plantation shutters for the sliding patio door, horizontal blinds for two bedrooms and one bathroom, and sliding panels for the master bedroom. The only problem we encountered was because we had just moved in, we did not know how much light the master bedroom would receive. The problem was solved by having Kyle install motorized room darkening shades (behind the sliding panels) which we absolutely love.

Superior View is indeed a great shutter company. Professional installation with great quality products. Purchased shutters from them last year for my upstairs room and recently purchased some other shutters for my living room from "the shutter store" (online retailer). Huge difference in product quality. Wish I would have used them for my living room.

Prompt communication. Reasonable pricing. On-time delivery. Flawlessly installation. I do not know whatelse to ask for. we have 3 windows installed with Hunter Douglas roller shades. Lead time is 15 days. Kyle managed to stop by on Saturday to put them on. Took him about 1 hours to install all three by himself. Quite satisfy with the final result!
